How public health failures boosted COVID-19 vaccine scepticism

As COVID-19 vaccination programmes accelerate across the industrialised world, vaccination hesitancy is rapidly emerging as a key challenge. This column explores the relationship between pre-pandemic intensive care unit capacity and attitudes towards the COVID-19 vaccine in the UK. Despite widespread pre-pandemic scepticism about vaccines in general, willingness to become vaccinated against COVID-19 overall was strikingly high, even amongst those who rejected vaccines before the pandemic. The results point to a surprising synergy: where the emergency care systems of public healthcare providers were less strained during the early days of the COVID-19 epidemic, vaccination hesitancy is systematically less today.

经常遇到 PayPal 网站打不开, 应该是 DNS 问题, 临时解决方法是走代理(将 SwitchyOmega 切换到 proxy, 将 clash 切换到 global 模式). 因为收到过 PayPal 的邮件, 提醒 ip 较多, 账号有风险, 我的 PayPal 账号挺重要的, 所以没有把他放到规则代理里面(公司好多人用我的 PayPal 账号, 都要求不要走代理).

解释下为什么使用 SwitchyOmega + clash 规则 这种双管齐下的模式, 有些朋友喜欢使用 clash 全局代理 + 白 /黑名单规则, 但有时候规则外的网站打不开, 手动配置 clash 很麻烦, 所以用 SwitchyOmega 很方便.

所以问题来了, 当一个网站打不开时候, 你们如何 check 它是服务器问题 /dns 解析问题 /墙的问题 or 其他问题?

我试过 traceroute -I paypal.com, 时好时坏..

个人能力有限, 我理解的是, 浏览器打开一个网站, 先从浏览器缓存 dns 列表找 ip 地址, 找不到走系统的缓存 dns, 再找不到就用 dns 服务器找 ip.. 现在配置了 clash, 走代理的请求会被 clash 分配一个 fake-ip, 最后让代理服务器去处理.

而且需求很多细节文档没有说明，一个按钮后面有无数的逻辑和坑，越理越乱，最早的概要设计也基本完全推翻。因为问了需求很多细节的东西，发现原来的概要数据交互走不通。然后现在手上又有其他项目要维护，时不时的要改东西。

概要设计加详细设计总共给了两个礼拜的时间，看似很多，但是实际上有点来不及。人员是目前分配了两个，我主要负责设计，另一个主要负责验证数据查询新增效率等，和分表分区的梗之类的。

这礼拜的详细设计估摸着也来不及。实在顶不住，想的头疼，丢人了。

如题，初步看上了 QNAP 的 TS-532X 以及 432Dmini，有其他类似价位的机型也欢迎指出。虽然也考虑自组，不过似乎自组在如今挖矿大潮下似乎不比成品便宜多少。

也没啥刚性需求，就是买来玩玩。考虑到国内动漫环境不容乐观，仓鼠一波各种番剧应该可以算是软性需求。（某不可燃物竟然也下了，虽然理由成谜。）

感觉 532X 各方面都挺合适的，甚至还有双 10G 光口，然而我并未有任何 1G 以上的网络设备。不过就是 CPU 是 ARM 架构有点纠结，不过其实初步看下来，Docker 能开，实时转码也勉强能转，不知道 ARM CPU 在实际使用上还有没有其他坑？

目标机 mysql 需要使用 192.168.13.44:1022 机器进行跳转才能登录，想在 ansible 中自动进行跳转，查阅了资料，按以下参数进行配置无效, 不清楚是没配置对还是咋的了：

公司里面有 10W 个客户，员工 A 负责其中 2W 个客户。 (数据在用户库里面)

现在 员工 A 要查询 [自己负责的所有客户] 的实时交易明细。(数据在订单库里面，和用户库是两个实例)

目前的方案是查这 2W 的客户的 ID，然后在交易明细里面进行客户 IDS 的过滤。

但是这样 IN 的内容就特别大，而且可能还会变大。今天看到 JAVA 编程规范里面说避免使用 IN，那这样还有什么好办法么。

因为 员工看自己负责的客户的 账户、订单、交易、等业务表太多太多了。每个表目前都是 in ids 的方案。
